The AGR SeaVator® is an extremely versatile and powerful mass flow excavation tool. It can be utilised in a variety of ways to both excavate and trench a range of pipeline sizes and soil conditions. This compact underwater hydrodynamic excavation, trenching and backfilling system is designed for operation at sea.

SeaVator tenchingThe package consists of a SeaVator® unit and a purpose built L.A.R.S. (launch and recovery system) with dual guide wires specially designed to reduce tool motion in heavy seas. SeaVator® uses the principles of hydrodynamic flow and can be adapted to specific requirements through combination with specialised tools.

The system is capable of all general excavation tasks, pipeline and cable trenching and backfilling. System equipment includes a hydraulic power pack, control cabin and umbilical reel.
